Serving With Love

Few words have been more easily misunderstood in the church than the word service. Too often it has been associated with exhaustion, obligation, or quiet resentment. Yet when Jesus speaks of service, He does not describe a burden to be carried, but a way of life that reflects His own heart. Christian service is not about diminishing ourselves, but about participating in the love of Christ.

To serve with love is to discover that greatness in God's kingdom looks nothing like power in the world's eyes. It is measured not by recognition, but by faithfulness. When a church learns to serve from love rather than pressure, it becomes a place where faith is strengthened, hope is embodied, and love is made visible.
