Rooted Through Every Season

Roots are formed in hidden places. Trees do not become strong by applause, but by quiet persistence beneath the soil. So too the people of God are strengthened through ordinary acts of faithfulness repeated over time.

This sermon revisits the language of being rooted together. The church has weathered many seasons not because conditions were always favorable, but because Christ sustained unseen roots. What endures publicly is almost always the result of what was cultivated privately.
